Chan Later Apologized For His Actions


OfflineTV is a house which is shared by content creators, who are known for their online hangouts, "League of Legends," "Minecraft" and other gaming -related content on social media. "Fedmyster," commonly known as Fed, overstepped boundaries according to Yvonne Ng and Lily "LilyPichu" Ki.



LilyPichu also accused former OfflineTV manager Chris Chan of sexual harassment. Chan later apologised for his conduct.



OfflineTV posted an announcement on Twitter on Saturday "We are committed to creating a space where all can feel safe and comfortable." Fed has been removed off Offline TV. He will also no longer living with us. We are in support of Yvonne and her statement. We also support anyone else who is brave enough to tell their story.



Fed issued an apology on Saturday night. Fed expressed his regrets and was not planning to act in a malicious or predatory manner. "I am imperfect I have issues that impede my relationships, as well as issues with myself however I am not a predator and I didn't want this to happen."



Gaming companies are responding in a wave of allegations of sexual and sexually inappropriate conduct



Ng who appears on occasion on OfflineTV and is also the house manager, has written that she and Fed began as acquaintances, things changed when Fed began touching her without her consent when he was drunk. She asked him later about it, and he told her it was something he couldn't remember.



Ng wrote that "one night, the girls were hanging out together and, when the topic of Fed came up, it became apparent that we all had our stories about Fed."



LilyPichu released a statement on Saturday, confirming Ng's story. She claimed that Fed had offered her a massage as she was going through painful breakups, and massaged her legs in the upper part of her body. She claimed that Fed also lay in her bed drunk.



"I could not deny that Fed had a tangled history with girls within our circle," LilyPichu wrote. "I did not want to acknowledge that our friend might have the capability to do this."



Other women living in the house



Imane "Pokimane" Anys, the most popular female streamer on Twitch with 5 million followers, commented on the matter on Sunday following a debate among fans who defended Fed on social media.



She said that Fed tried to manipulate her love life and portray her in a negative light to her friends while she was in the OfflineTV house.



"This was not the first time Fed would lie about me. She admitted that she had trust issues with Fed.



Fed hasn't yet publicly responded to Pokimane's allegations. He was unable to be reached for respond to the allegations.



The group had an internal meeting with Fed but felt it was important to make it public. Pokimane and Ng, and a third member William "Scarra", Li, said separate statements.



If someone isn't watching in private, and you are aware that they have power, influence and the potential for being a sexist and inappropriate person towards women in the future, it is important to issue an open warning.

Pokimane said, "We tried many compromises and it was a pity it came to this."



Pokimane had announced on June 19 that she was leaving to live with a group of women. On Sunday, she made clear that Fed was one of the reasons why she was moving.



LilyPichu, her former manager and one of the original Four members of OfflineTV, also claimed that Chris Chan wrapped his arms around her for hours, even though his pants were on in 2017. She wrote, "I remember his legs being hairy and how disgusted he must have felt."



Chan responded to the allegations on Sunday with an apology, stating that "This infraction of my personal morals will continue to haunt me to the day... If it's any consolation to those reading this, my hatred toward myself and my actions far exceeds anything I've ever felt in my life."
